All prices displayed on our website are in Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time.
3. Orders and Payments
When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate information. Payments are processed securely via approved payment gateways such as Allpay. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver orders across Israel. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. Delays due to external factors (holidays, courier issues, etc.) are not our responsibility but we will always assist you in tracking your order.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging. To request a return, please contact us by email with your order number and reason for return.
Certain products (cosmetics, personal care, or opened items) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law.

2. מוצרים ומחירים
המחירים באתר מוצגים בש”ח וכוללים מע”מ אלא אם צוין אחרת. החברה שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לשנות מחירים או להפסיק מוצרים בכל עת.
3. הזמנות ותשלומים
בעת ביצוע הזמנה הלקוח מתחייב למסור פרטים מדויקים. התשלום מתבצע באופן מאובטח דרך ספקי סליקה מאושרים כגון Allpay. לאחר אישור התשלום יישלח מייל אישור הזמנה.
4. משלוחים ואספקה
המשלוחים מתבצעים בכל רחבי הארץ. זמני ועלויות המשלוח מוצגים בעמוד התשלום. עיכובים הנובעים מגורמים חיצוניים אינם באחריות החברה, אך אנו נעזור במעקב אחר המשלוח.
5. החזרות והחלפות
ניתן להחזיר מוצרים תוך 14 ימים מקבלת המשלוח, בתנאי שלא נעשה בהם שימוש והם באריזתם המקורית.
ישנם מוצרים (כגון מוצרי קוסמטיקה או טיפוח אישי) שלא ניתן להחזיר מטעמי היגיינה.
